Trail Stewardship

Thank you for joining the Canyons Endurance Runs Trail Stewardship program!

In conjunction with USFS American River District, and Auburn State Recreation Area, we are pleased to offer 3 weekends (5 days total) for the chance to give back to the trails and fulfill volunteer requirements in the Tahoe National Forest. Final details will be sent when confirmed as weather could play a role. All volunteers will receive early, discounted registration to The Canyons Endurance Runs 2026.

In order to participate in trail work, you must arrive with work boots (No running shoes! You will be turned away by USFS crew), long pants, long sleeve shirt, and work gloves. If you do not have your own hard hat or safety glasses, they will be provided for you.

Pack a bag lunch and bring plenty of water. Meals are not funded.

It is recommended to bring sunscreen and bug repellent.

Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up.

Thank you!
